Cancellation Policy

We look forward to creating a skin care or hair removal plan that is ideal and unique for you. To ensure that we can provide you with the most timely and enjoyable experience and the most advanced and up-to-date treatments, please note that all appointments at The Skin Room require notification 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or reschedule that you may need to make. Your appointment is time reserved especially for you and thus is extremely difficult to fill at the last minute.

The FULL FEE of your visit will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notification.

If an appointment was to be paid for with a Gift Certificate, a last minute cancellation or no show will result in the forfeit of the certificate.
