Meet the Team

Lauren is the Owner and President here at TSR! Having been an esthetician for the past 10 years, it is safe to say that she lives and breathes all things skin care. Lauren specializes in total brow rehab and is a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist, but also offers a full service menu. Although The Skin Room is primarily a skin care office, her larger goal is to empower and spread love to her employees and everyone who walks through that door.

Kiersten is the Co-Owner and Vice President here at TSR! From the beginning of her journey here, Kiersten has been the #organizeroflauren. She is the only person on earth that can understand Lauren's crazy ideas and verbalize them in a way that makes sense to others. Kiersten started as TSR's office coordinator and has since become a full time esthetician after apprenticing under Lauren. As her career in esthetics is blooming, she specializes in brows and lash lifts, but offers everything from full body waxing to facials as well.

Lacy and Lauren have worked together for...like...EVER. She apprenticed under Lauren and has worked at TSR ever since. Lacy specializes in Brazilian waxes and dermaplaning but offers all the other things as well! We refer to her aura as Lacy Love because she radiates kindness and spunkiness. You'll often see Lacy with bright colored hair and lots of energy.

Emma is the newest addition to The Skin Room. She is currently Lauren's apprentice, working towards becoming a licensed esthetician by the end of 2023. You would never know that Emma is new to the team because she fits in as if she's been here since the very beginning. We all adore her and we know that you will too! Lola is the REAL boss at The Skin Room. She runs the show and she knows it. Lola spends most of her days laying in her cozy bed pouting and making an appearance only when she senses someone will give her some attention. But don't let her grouchy face fool you, she is the most loving creature you'll ever meet and brings happiness to everyone here at The Skin Room.
